The location of the hotel is fantastic, with everything being very close by. The hotel is conveniently located near the center, making it easy to explore. It is also not far from the train station, which is convenient for day trips to local beaches.

There were some issues with the amenities in the rooms, such as missing towels and a malfunctioning water flush in the sink. However, the staff was accommodating and promptly addressed these issues by moving us to another room.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the beach and close to the city center. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The free parking was a bonus and made it easy to explore the surrounding area without worrying about finding a spot.

There were a few negatives. The pool was overcrowded and not well-maintained, a disappointment.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff offered impeccable service, from room service to dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The room was equipped with all the essentials like tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and ironing facilities, and the terrace provided a lovely view. The free wi-fi in rooms and soundproofed rooms ensured I could stay connected and get a good night's sleep.

Centrally located, walking distance to popular attractions. Friendly and accommodating staff, with multi-lingual abilities. Clean, well-equipped rooms with the added bonus of an indoor swimming pool. Ample parking space available. Many nearby restaurant options and the convenience of a kitchen in the rooms for home-cooked meals.

Spacious rooms with nice view, kitchenette, big TV, and comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location near the beach and fun parts of Cannes. Gym and sauna available.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to everything. It's just a short walk to the beach and the train station. The rooms are spacious and modern, with all the necessary equipment and a big TV. The bathroom is also nice, with a heated towel rail and the option to listen to music from the TV while in the bathroom.

The cleaning service is not provided daily, so you need to ask for it at the reception.

The room I was initially assigned had a broken window, so I brought it to the attention of the receptionist. Thankfully, they quickly found a solution and moved me to a different, comfortable room. The hotel also offered the use of their parking garage free of charge, convenient. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to downtown. I had a nice stay at Nemea Appart'Hotel Cannes Palais and would recommend it. I will recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The parking fee was reasonable and convenient. The location was perfect, with bakeries, shops, cafes, and bars just a couple of minutes away. it was a short walk to the city center and the beautiful Cannes beach. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided clear information.

The free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I also loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The indoor pool and exercise room were excellent additions, providing a chance to unwind and stay active during my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hard to think of anything.

I was really surprised by my stay at Nemea. The location was excellent, with shops, the train station, and the beach all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself was wonderful, with great facilities. My room was enormous and had everything I needed. It was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was busy but very good, with great coffee and a fresh orange juice squeezer. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the city center, the beach, and the famous Palais du Festival. It made exploring the area very convenient. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

One major drawback of our stay was the lack of daily room cleaning. It was disappointing that this service was not offered, especially considering that other hotels in the area were able to provide it.
